Rule Changes Regarding Weight Changes and Rounds goes in to effect Sept. 1, 2010 The AIBA Executive Committee adopted changes to the AIBA Technical and Competition Rules at its meeting in Xiamen, China. The changes were made to increase the safety and protection of boxers.
